Get your Body Measurements
Take your "Before" photos
Find a "Goal" Photo 2 -3 photos of your ideal (the body transformation you want to achieve - similar build to your body)
Track your Food and Excercise for one week prior to starting the program (you will receive a daily reminder form to submit with your food and exercise)
Once your forms are submitted, I will schedule a call to set your Nutrition and Fitness Plan (allow approximately 7 days)
